- Investor and asset due diligence - vetting structures, subscription and transfer docs, source-of-funds, and counterparty risk before anything is tokenized.
- SPV mechanics end-to-end - how the vehicle holds the underlying asset, how legal and economic rights flow to token holders, and where the structure can break.
- KYC/AML and investor onboarding across all products.
- Directing the external bench - law firms, fund administrators, registered agents, custodians: scoping their work, redlining their drafts, controlling their invoices and deadlines.
Regulatory operations across a multi-jurisdiction entity stack (specifics learned on the job).
The work touches investor money and binding documents, so a single missed detail is expensive - you own the outcomes, not just the paperwork.
