4D Labs is building the real-world embodied data layer for physical AI, turning real-world interaction into structured, training-ready data for embodied intelligence. As our community grows, we are looking for Community Moderators to help us build and maintain an active, welcoming, and well-organized community across Discord and other social channels. As an early community team member, you will work closely with the 4D Labs team and help shape how our community operates from an early stage.
Key Responsibilities
- Moderate the 4D Labs Discord community and help maintain a safe and constructive environment
- Answer community questions and guide new members to relevant resources
- Identify and report spam, scams, impersonation, and other suspicious activity
- Support community campaigns, announcements, events, and product initiatives
- Collect community feedback and communicate recurring questions or issues to the core team
- Help improve community processes, FAQs, channels, and member experience
- Stay active during agreed coverage periods and coordinate with other moderators
- Active Discord user with a good understanding of community moderation
- Strong written English and clear communication skills
- Familiarity with Web3 communities; interest in AI, robotics, or embodied intelligence is a plus
- Responsible, responsive, and able to handle community issues calmly
- Comfortable working remotely with an international community
- Previous experience as a Discord Moderator, Community Manager, Ambassador, or similar role is preferred
- Able to commit consistent time each week
