Bug expert (Jira Master)

We're looking for a person who turns chaos into process, bugs into systems, and teams into well-oiled machines.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain end-to-end processes across product, development, QA, and support
- Own and optimize workflows in Jira (and everything around it)
- Track, structure, and control bug management across teams
- Ensure transparency and predictability of delivery
- Set up and enforce processes for releases, QA cycles, and task tracking
- Identify bottlenecks and eliminate them
- Bring consistency to how teams plan, execute, and report
Key Responsibilities
- You work across teams: developers, QA, product, support
- You make sure nothing gets lost, forgotten, or ignored
- You are the person who:
- notices when something breaks in the process
- fixes it
- and makes sure it doesn't break again
What we expect
- Strong experience with Jira (advanced level)
- Understanding of product development lifecycle
- Experience working with engineering and QA teams
- Ability to structure messy environments
- Attention to detail and strong follow-through
- Confidence to push teams to follow processes
