Binance opened its AI Pro strategy agent to every user on Oct. 19, adding a free tier with 250,000 monthly credits after a paid beta that began in March.

Binance took the training wheels off its AI strategy product Monday. AI Pro, a no-code agent that turns plain-language trading ideas into automated strategies, is now available to all Binance users with a free tier attached, the exchange announced in a blog post covered by Unchained and CryptoSlate. The paid beta that ran from March 25 continues for existing subscribers, who keep their current terms.
A user writes an idea in ordinary language: risk limits to apply, market conditions to watch, coins to trade. AI Pro converts that into an editable visual workflow. It runs inside the Binance website and app with no separate sign-up, and it supports spot and USDS-M futures strategies. Binance said availability is subject to regional restrictions but did not name them.
"AI Pro is about access: professional-style strategy building, no coding required, with the user in control at every step," Jeff Li, Binance's vice president of product, said in a statement quoted by Unchained.
Strategies run out of an isolated sub-account, capped at 10 per user whether simulated, live, or signal-only. Nothing goes live without explicit user approval. Free and paid users can both paper trade and deploy live strategies, though the free tier's capacity is metered: CryptoSlate reported the Standard plan includes 250,000 monthly credits and live strategy deployment. Existing beta subscribers keep their current service and can migrate chat history and strategies over. Binance previewed the wider release during its Intelligence livestream on Oct. 5.
Binance drew a hard line around what its own checks cover. The company said its code validation confirms a strategy runs without errors. It does not assess whether the strategy is any good, whether it will make money, or how it will behave under stress. CryptoSlate framed the same fact as user liability remaining at 100%. In other words, the agent builds the machine; the trader owns the outcome.
CryptoSlate also flagged the subscription mechanics. The March beta and its paid tiers continue to run alongside the new free plan, so joining Standard does not silently cancel an existing subscription. Users approve and fund every live workflow themselves, and the functionality checks, in Binance's own description, do not cover strategy quality, profitability, or likely performance.
That distinction is the product's central tension. Automated strategies fail in boring ways: bad parameters, stale assumptions, position sizes that assume liquidity the book does not have. A tool that ships workflows to a mass retail base without a profitability gate is distributing execution, not judgment. Binance's framing treats that as the point. The user approves, funds, and runs everything from an isolated account that cannot touch the rest of the portfolio.
Crypto exchanges have spent two years layering AI onto research tools and chatbots. AI Pro is a different step: production deployment of automated strategies to a mass retail base, with the exchange handling orchestration rather than advice. It puts exchange-grade automation in the same hands that previously needed a quant desk or a third-party bot service, and it does so inside the venue that already holds the user's funds.
The beta period answered the narrow question of whether people would pay for the workflow builder. The free tier answers the larger one of whether they will use it. Regional restrictions, credit burn rates, and how many of those 10 strategy slots ever go live will be the metrics that matter from here. Binance did not say when the free rollout reaches every market it serves, and the gap between a paper-traded workflow and a live one is where most of the user money will actually be won or lost.
