We're looking for an Infrastructure & Data Engineer who is first and foremost a strong developer, passionate about building and scaling robust systems. You'll own the backbone of our data platform - designing, building, and ensuring everything runs smoothly at massive scale. This role focuses on infrastructure and platform engineering, with data engineering responsibilities complementing that focus.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain high-performance data pipelines, warehouses, and reporting systems
- Build scalable ETL and real-time streaming architectures to power critical security insights
- Own and evolve our cloud infrastructure and production environments
- Contribute across the entire engineering lifecycle - from planning to execution, delivery, and beyond
- Solve complex data quality, infrastructure, and workflow challenges
- Keep production systems healthy, reliable, and running smoothly at scale
- Optimize and scale systems to handle massive amounts of blockchain data

Qualifications & Requirements
- B.Sc. in Computer Science or equivalent experience
- 7+ years of software development experience with strong Python skills
- Solid experience building and maintaining cloud infrastructure (AWS preferred; GCP or Azure also considered)
- Hands-on Kubernetes experience - deploying, managing, and troubleshooting
- Experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, CloudFormation, or Pulumi)
- Strong SQL skills and experience working with databases at scale
- Experience with CI/CD practices and building deployment pipelines
- Familiarity with data pipelines and big data and streaming technologies (Kafka, Kinesis, Spark, or Flink)
- Strong debugging and problem-solving skills across application and infrastructure layers
- Experience with monitoring and observability tools (Prometheus, OpenTelemetry, Grafana, and similar tools)
- Previous experience in a fast-paced startup environment
- A can-do attitude, strong communication skills, and a team-player mindset are a must!
