Runway in 60 MinutesA valuation isn't a number you pick because it sounds right; it's one you have to justify, and the justification starts with what your money buys and by when. At Breakpoint you'll have a few minutes in front of people who read these numbers for a living.

This is a build session, not a lecture. Bring your current bank balance and the last three months of outgoings, a screenshot of the account is fine, nothing else. In the room you'll build the model live: cash, monthly burn, months of runway.

Expect to be pushed on vague answers.

We'll also cover what quietly breaks a runway sheet - churn, cash versus profit - and the decisions the number is actually for, like when you can afford to hire.

You'll leave with a completed runway sheet and your milestone sentence, submitted before you go.
