R3 is hiring a Senior Web3 SDET in Full-Time — Remote.

The Senior QA SDET will take a technical role in shaping the quality and reliability of our blockchain protocol. This role involves working closely with protocol engineers and smart contract developers to design, execute, and automate testing for blockchain applications and decentralized systems.

Responsibilities

Own the automation of Web3 wallet workflows, addressing complex testing challenges such as wallet integrations, transaction validation and end-to-end blockchain interactions.
Develop and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases for smart contracts, transactions and wallet integrations workflows.
Collaborate with developers, product managers, and DevOps engineers in Agile ceremonies to ensure test coverage aligns with business needs.
Log, prioritize, and manage defects using tracking tools like JIRA.
Analyse test results, generate quality metrics, and clearly communicate risks and issues.
