Responsibilities

Build and improve GACHA's consumer-facing web and iOS products.
Own critical journeys including onboarding, pack discovery, purchasing, and card redemption.
Turn product ideas and customer problems into thoughtful, shippable solutions.
Work across the stack when needed to deliver a complete experience.
Collaborate closely with founders, design, product, backend, operations, and customer support.
Improve product quality, responsiveness, performance, reliability, and accessibility.
Instrument features and use product analytics to understand their effectiveness.
Run experiments and iterate based on user behavior.
Identify friction, bugs, and product opportunities proactively.
Contribute to the technical foundations that allow the team to ship quickly.
