The Role
Day-to-day scope for the Product Engineer, Blockchain (SF) as described in the posting:
You’ll help put the Tempo blockchain in the hands of real users. That happens in two ways: building first-party products like Tempo Wallet, and working directly with customers to integrate Tempo into their stablecoin flows.
This role is a strong fit for a former founder, or someone who wants to start a company one day. You’ll get exposure to a wide range of business-critical payments and crypto problems across startups, mid-market companies, and enterprises.
Responsibilities

- Build internal and first-party applications on top of Tempo for both agents and humans
- Partner with startups and enterprises to integrate Tempo into their payment systems
- Develop a deep understanding of the Tempo blockchain and its product surface area
- Navigate unfamiliar codebases and organizations quickly to get products shipped
- Bring field learnings back to Tempo to improve the product, developer experience, and blockchain itself
Qualifications
