Day-to-day scope for the Account Executive, Product Sales- Money Management ANZ as described in the posting:
As one of Stripe's first Money Management Account Executives in ANZ, you'll have the opportunity to build something from the ground up. This is an IC role for someone who is energised by being an early hire defining how we sell the full Money Management suite in the region, establishing relationships with some of ASEAN's most ambitious companies, and creating the playbook as you go.
Responsibilities
Day-to-day scope for the Account Executive, Product Sales- Money Management ANZ as described in the posting:
- Own the full commercial cycle for Stripe's Money Management products including Payouts, Issuing, Treasury, Capital, and FX across a portfolio of enterprise and strategic accounts in ANZ
- Build and execute a territory plan for ANZ, generating pipeline through outbound prospecting, expansion within existing accounts, and collaboration with Stripe's partner ecosystem
- Lead executive-level commercial conversations with CEOs, CFOs, CTOs, and product leaders positioning Stripe's Money Management suite as strategic infrastructure for their business
- Navigate complex, multi-product deal structures in close collaboration with Solutions Architecture, Legal, Compliance, and Product teams
- Build strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers across ANZ's enterprise and high-growth technology sectors
- Develop expertise in the ANZ competitive landscape across each Money Management product to win in competitive situations
- Synthesize customer feedback and market intelligence and bring insights to Stripe's product, marketing, and regional GTM teams to influence roadmap and go-to-market strategy
Minimum requirements
Experience and skills the team lists as required:
- 8+ years of enterprise sales or business development experience at a technology or fintech company, with a consistent track record of top performance on strategic accounts
- Demonstrated experience selling payments, financial infrastructure, or fintech products to large enterprise customers
- Proven ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles and lead commercial negotiations, including bespoke deal structures
- Strong ability to understand technical requirements and communicate complex solutions clearly to both technical and executive audiences
- Self-starter who can build and manage a pipeline independently and operate effectively in a fast-moving, ambiguous environment
- Growth mindset with experience in fast moving startups
Preferred qualifications
Experience and skills the team lists as required:
- Experience selling across the ANZ market with strong knowledge of the local enterprise technology and fintech landscape
- Familiarity with money management products such as payouts infrastructure, card issuing, embedded banking, or business lending
- Background working with or selling to platforms, marketplaces, fintechs, or enterprise technology companies
- Experience working cross-functionally with Solutions Engineers, Legal, and Compliance on technically sophisticated or regulated deals
- Knowledge of the Australian and New Zealand regulatory environment for payments and financial services
