We're building the core Agent capabilities and Skill ecosystem for Binance Agentic. We're looking for a Product Manager Intern with a strong interest in AI and Web3 to support Agent product design, the Harness evaluation framework, end-to-end task validation, and continuous iteration.
As an intern, you'll work alongside our PM team to explore how AI Agents can solve real Web3 problems — gaining hands-on experience in product design, evaluation frameworks, and cross-functional delivery within a fast-moving crypto exchange environment.
About the Role
We're building the core Agent capabilities and Skill ecosystem for Binance Agentic. We're looking for a Product Manager Intern with a strong interest in AI and Web3 to support Agent product design, the Harness evaluation framework, end-to-end task validation, and continuous iteration.
As an intern, you'll work alongside our PM team to explore how AI Agents can solve real Web3 problems — gaining hands-on experience in product design, evaluation frameworks, and cross-functional delivery within a fast-moving crypto exchange environment.
Responsibilities
Day-to-day scope for the Binance Accelerator Program - Product Manager AI Agent & Harness as described in the posting:
- Shadow and assist in designing Agent-related capabilities across Binance Agentic, including task flows, user interaction patterns, capability boundaries, failure fallbacks, and result feedback loops.
Harness & Evaluation
- Help build and maintain the Harness framework — contribute to test scenario design, evaluation criteria, task set curation, performance analysis, and iteration recommendations.
Cross-functional Collaboration
- Partner with Tech Owners, frontend engineers, and Skill design leads to learn how business requirements are broken down into shippable, testable, production-ready product specs.
Web3 Use Case Research
- Research and map high-value, deployable Agent use cases across Web3 Wallet, Account, Payment, Trading, and other Binance business lines.
Industry Tracking
- Stay current on AI Agent, MCP, tool-calling, prompt engineering, and automated evaluation developments — and translate insights into product ideas for the team.
Metrics & Quality
- Assist in defining and tracking Agent performance metrics, including task success rate, user satisfaction, error rate, response quality, and tool-calling accuracy.
Continuous Improvement
- Help identify issues from real-world Agent usage and support improvements across product, engineering, and operations.
Requirements
Experience and skills the team lists as required:
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Computer Science
- Strong interest in AI products, Agent products, AIGC applications, automation tools, or developer tooling.
- Interest in or exposure to Web3, exchanges, wallets, payments, on-chain transactions, DeFi, or crypto assets.
- Basic understanding of how AI Agents work — tool-calling, task planning, context management, or evaluation frameworks (coursework, projects, or self-study all count).
- Strong ownership and learning agility; comfortable navigating ambiguity and picking things up quickly.
- Solid product fundamentals — able to write clear PRDs, flow diagrams, test cases, and acceptance criteria (even at a learning level).
- Excellent communication skills across engineering, design, operations, and business stakeholders.
Bonus Points
Additional experience noted as a plus:
- Personal projects or coursework related to AI Agents, prompt engineering, or LLM applications.
- Experience with or exposure to exchanges, Web3 wallets, on-chain trading, payments, or fintech products.
- Familiarity with MCP, Function Calling, RAG, multi-Agent orchestration, or workflow automation.
- Knowledge of the Binance ecosystem or mainstream Web3 user scenarios.
- Fluency in English is required to be able to coordinate with overseas stakeholders and effectively review and keep up with global AI and Web3 product and technical materials. Additional languages would be an advantage.
