Responsibilities
- Own onboarding and offboarding end to end.
- Process people paperwork across FTEs and EORs.
- Administer HRIS and related people ops systems.
- Manage physical office spaces and related paperwork.
- Own the culture layer and team rituals.
- Organize board meetings and prepare materials.
- Handle investor document requests and communications.
- Review vendor contracts and manage document signing.

- Experience with AI tools for automation.
