Gacha is hiring a Growth & Content Marketer in Full-Time — Remote · Asia.
In this role, you will own growth through content by creating engaging material, managing social media accounts, and collaborating with creators. You will analyze campaign performance and continuously improve customer acquisition strategies.
Responsibilities
- Own our Instagram and X accounts
- Create and publish engaging content across social platforms
- Be the face of some of our content
- Work with creators, influencers and communities
- Launch and manage creator campaigns from start to finish
- Write briefs for videos, graphics and campaigns
- Analyze campaign performance and report what worked
- Work closely with our paid ads team to develop winning creative angles
- Turn trends, memes and internet culture into marketing ideas quickly
- Run small weekly growth experiments and share learnings with the team

- Experience working at a consumer startup
- Speaks Chinese, Korean or Japanese
