What you will be responsible for
- Business Systems Implementation & SupportSupport daily operation and configuration of enterprise business systems, including workflow, approval processes, forms, roles, and permissionsReceive, clarify, and manage system-related requests and issues from business users, ensuring timely follow-up and resolutionAssist in new workflow or system implementation activities, including requirement clarification, system configuration, testing, and go-live supportPerform basic system customization or technical tasks (e.g. configuration, scripting, workflow logic) to fulfill business requirements, where applicable
- Business Communication & CoordinationServe as a primary point of contact for business users on system-related mattersGather, analyze, and document business requirements in a clear and structured mannerCoordinate with internal stakeholders, system owners, and vendors (if applicable) to ensure requests and issues are properly tracked and resolvedSupport continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to enhance system usability and business processes
How you will stand out:
- Must-haveBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business IT, or a related discipline5 years of experience in enterprise systems, business applications, or process-related roles; candidates with strong learning ability and relevant exposure are also encouraged to applyStrong sense of ownership and responsibility, with the ability to follow through on tasks and issuesWillingness to learn, adapt and grow in a dynamic business environmentGood communication skills and patience when working with business stakeholdersAbility to manage multiple tasks with appropriate guidance and prioritization
- Nice-to-haveHas experience or exposure to enterprise business systems such as workflow, approval, CRM, ERP, HR, or finance platformHs experience supporting or participating in system implementation, configuration, or business process improvement initiativesBasic understanding of common business processes (e.g. expense management, approvals, onboarding, procurement)
Technical awareness such as APIs, system integrations, or data flow concepts
