What you'll be doing
- Inspect, maintain, and repair HVAC systems, including air handlers and control systems.
- Conduct routine preventative maintenance to ensure systems operate efficiently and reliably.
- Diagnose and resolve HVAC issues using appropriate tools and methods.

What you'll have
- High school diploma or GED required; HVAC certification preferred.
- 3-5 years of HVAC experince
- Universal HVAC Certification and R410A certification required; NATE Certification and/or RSES Certification preferred.
- Prior mechanical maintenance or related operations experience preferred, with proven experience in HVAC installation, preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair.
- Knowledge of HVAC, electrical, mechanical, control systems, plumbing, fire safety systems, and building automation systems.
- Strong troubleshooting skills with the ability to read and interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, schematics, and technical manuals.
- Proficiency with hand and power tools, including wrenches, pliers, drills, and saws.
- Knowledge of building materials, maintenance practices, and the ability to identify and resolve issues before they become larger problems.
- Ability to prioritize tasks, schedule maintenance activities, minimize downtime, and adapt to changing priorities.
- Ability to work safely in various environments, including standing, kneeling, climbing ladders, and working in elevated or confined spaces.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with team members, contractors, and vendors.
- Ability to learn new techniques, technologies, and maintenance processes.
