What You’ll Do
Day-to-day scope for the Binance Accelerator Program - Talent Acquisition as described in the posting:
- Assist with sourcing and screening candidates across non - tech roles.
- Manage job postings across platforms (LinkedIn, internal ATS, local job boards).
- Coordinate interview schedules, feedback collection, and candidate communication.
- Help maintain accurate and up-to-date data in our ATS (e.g., Greenhouse/Lever).
- Support market mapping and competitor research to support hiring strategies.
