Responsibilities
Day-to-day scope for the Binance Accelerator Program - UX Researcher (Non-technical) as described in the posting:
- Responsible for the experience of product functionality and processes
- Provide experience reports from the user's perspective to help the product team improve the user experience
- Assist new users in resolving issues during the onboarding process
Requirements
Experience and skills the team lists as required:
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Excel, Project, and Visio
- Strong work ethic, attention to detail, excellent writing skills, as well as the ability to communicate
- Able to collaborate effectively across multiple business units
- Good customer service awareness
- Bilingual English/Mandarin is required to be able to coordinate with overseas partners and stakeholders
