Bitcoin.com is seeking an experienced Affiliate Performance Analyst to own performance analysis and reporting across our iGaming partner and affiliate ecosystem, acting as the commercial team's primary analytical resource, monitoring partner and content performance, surfacing trends and issues, and turning data into clear, actionable recommendations that support partner reviews, negotiations, and revenue growth.
Location: Remote (Europe)
Key Responsibilities
- Track and analyze partner performance across key metrics, including traffic, signups, conversions, deposits, revenue, and commissions.
- Monitor month-over-month performance trends and identify opportunities to improve partner results and grow revenue.
- Identify high- and under-performing partners, content, and placements, providing clear recommendations for optimization.
- Regularly test partner platforms and end-to-end user journeys, including registration, onboarding, deposits, promotions, and conversion flows.
- Validate affiliate links, tracking, attribution, and reporting to identify discrepancies or issues impacting performance.
- Analyze the performance of individual articles, pages, placements, and content formats across traffic, engagement, and conversion.
- Proactively identify broken links, UX friction, tracking issues, and other problems that could negatively impact conversions or revenue.
- Build and maintain recurring dashboards, reports, and performance summaries for the commercial team and leadership.
- Provide data-driven insights to support partner reviews, renewals, negotiations, and commercial decision-making.
- Model revenue and performance scenarios to evaluate proposed changes, new opportunities, and optimization initiatives.
- Work cross-functionally with Commercial, Content, Product, and partner teams to implement and measure performance improvements.
- Maintain accurate, organized, and accessible partner performance data.
- Provide timely ad hoc analysis to support live partner discussions, pipeline reviews, and strategic initiatives.
What We Are Looking For
Required
- Strong AI fluency and an AI-first approach to work, with demonstrated ability to use AI tools to analyze data, identify trends and anomalies, conduct research, automate workflows, and improve the speed and quality of reporting and decision-making
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to turn complex or imperfect data into actionable insights
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and/or Google Sheets
- Experience analyzing performance metrics, conversion funnels, partner performance, and revenue data
- Ability to test platforms and end-to-end customer journeys to identify tracking, UX, attribution, and conversion issues
- Strong attention to detail, particularly when validating data and investigating discrepancies
- Ability to build clear dashboards, reports, and performance summaries
- Commercial mindset with the ability to connect analysis and recommendations directly to revenue
- Strong communication skills with the ability to clearly present findings and recommendations to commercial and cross-functional teams
Key Skills & Qualifications
- 3-5+ years in analytics, performance marketing, affiliate/partnerships, or a related data-driven commercial role
- Experience working directly with partners or business development/commercial teams, supporting performance reviews, reporting, and optimization discussions
- Strong command of English, written and verbal communication
Nice to Have
- Experience building AI-powered workflows, automations, or lightweight analytical tools
- Experience with affiliate marketing, performance marketing, partnerships, or digital media
- Experience with analytics and BI tools
- Understanding of affiliate tracking, attribution, CPA, revenue share, and other performance-based commercial models
- Experience analyzing content, SEO, and digital placement performance
- Experience with large partner or customer datasets
- Crypto and blockchain knowledge
- Experience within crypto, fintech, iGaming, or another performance-driven digital business
