Sats Terminal is seeking a Head of Business Development with deep-rooted expertise in crypto partnerships and financial products. You will build our commercial pipeline and take ownership of strategic integrations, institutional relationships, and partnership-driven revenue.
Key Responsibilities
‑ Develop and execute an end-to-end business-development strategy across wallets, foundations, integration partners, and VIP user onboarding ‑ Source, negotiate and close SDK, distribution, lending, liquidity and other partnerships.
‑ Build relationships with decision-makers across the Bitcoin, crypto and institutional-finance ecosystems.
‑ Own the full partnership lifecycle, from outreach and commercial structuring through integration, launch and account expansion.
‑ Work closely with product and engineering to translate partner requirements into successful production integrations.
‑ Define core BD metrics, maintain accurate pipeline forecasts and continuously improve conversion rates, deal velocity and partner-generated revenue.
