Key Responsibilities
- Onboarding KOLs & Communities - Identify, engage, negotiate with, and onboard trader KOLs, trading communities, and professional traders to promote and utilize our exchange.
- Partnership Development - Build and maintain strong relationships with traders, signal groups, and crypto communities to encourage ongoing platform usage.
- Outreach & Negotiation - Conduct cold outreach and manage partnership discussions with potential collaborators.
- Growth Initiatives - Support the design and execution of referral, rebate, and promotional programs to attract and retain traders.
- Market Research - Stay up to date on crypto trends, competitor exchanges, and rising KOLs or trading communities.
- Cross-Team Collaboration - Coordinate with Marketing, Product, and Customer Support teams to ensure a smooth onboarding experience and sustained engagement.
- Performance Monitoring - Track, analyze, and report the effectiveness of partnerships, including user acquisition and engagement metrics.
Qualifications & Requirements
- 2-5+ years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Partnerships, preferably in crypto, fintech, or influencer marketing.
- Solid understanding of crypto trading, exchange ecosystems, and KOL dynamics.
- Active presence or strong familiarity with platforms like Twitter, Telegram, and Discord.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
- Self-motivated with a hunter mindset - comfortable with cold outreach and closing deals.
- language proficiency, especially for engaging with Japanese-speaking users, partners, or communities
Preferred / Nice-to-Have Qualifications
- Existing network or working relationships with KOLs, professional traders, or crypto community leaders.
