The Recruiting team helps build Stripe's culture by aligning exceptional global talent with our highest-impact business needs. We bring Stripe's operating principles to life through our recruiting processes, provide a high-quality candidate experience, and use data-driven storytelling to influence the business.
Key Responsibilities
We're looking for a consultative, creative recruiter to grow and scale our Business and Core teams in APAC. You'll own full-cycle recruiting, shape hiring strategy, and deliver a strong candidate experience.

- Fulfill junior-level and high-volume requisitions while scaling teams across the Stripe Delivery Center in Singapore.
- Partner with internal stakeholders with different priorities to understand hiring objectives and develop recruiting strategies that meet headcount goals.
- Partner closely with Recruiting Analytics to ensure accurate reporting on hiring progress for the business.
- Build cross-functional partnerships with Compensation, Human Resources, Finance, and other teams to scale hiring across Stripe.
- Consistently generate a healthy pipeline of high-quality candidates through branding, events, and employee referral channels.
- Provide timely reporting on key metrics and insights to inform decisions and improve processes.
Candidate Profile & Mindset

Minimum requirements
- 4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience. In-house recruiting experience is strongly preferred.
- A strong track record of meeting targets and managing high-volume hiring in a fast-moving environment.
- Experience partnering with hiring teams throughout the recruiting process as an effective hiring partner and trusted advisor.
- High agency, with the ability to handle ambiguity in a fast-moving organization and work with a high degree of autonomy and responsibility.
- A proven ability to attract passive candidates and build diverse candidate pipelines.
- An active, data-driven approach to problem-solving. You enjoy identifying trends and using insights to improve your process.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence internal and external stakeholders.
Preferred / Nice-to-Have Qualifications
- Experience hiring in the Singapore market.
- Experience with reporting and proficiency in tools such as Visier, Greenhouse Reports, GoodTime, and Gem.
- The ability to quickly adopt recruiting technologies, including artificial intelligence tools, and improve workflows at scale.
