OptimAI Network is building the infrastructure for the agent-native internet - a decentralized intelligence network where users can search, execute, learn, and create value through autonomous AI agents.
We are looking for a Growth Product Manager to help improve the user journey across OptimAI Search, Claw, Persona Agents, and Marketplace. You will work on onboarding, activation, retention, and community growth, and help shape the product loops that make OptimAI easier to discover and more useful to adopt.
Key Responsibilities
- Own growth across the OptimAI product stack.
- Improve onboarding, activation, retention, and referral.
- Translate product goals into clear specs and experiments.
- Work closely with design, engineering, and community teams.
- Use data and user feedback to prioritize growth opportunities.
- Help define the product experience so it reflects OptimAI's long-term vision.
