Predict.fun is looking for a Markets Operator to help launch and manage the markets we offer. You'll help draft, review and manage new markets, and also identify promising events that are appealing to users. In this role, you'll have the chance to shape the topics that people forecast.
Market creation and review The majority of your work will involve writing tight rules and reviewing market rules to anticipate possible issues, inconsistencies and edge cases. Market wording is fundamental to good trader UX, and you'll be a core contributor to making sure our markets are crystal clear to traders.
Research and discovery Surface trending events and help turn them into markets. This requires the ability to quickly pick up the signal amid the noise, as well as being able to quickly structure a market that is coherent, solid and appealing to users.
