Senior Marketing Operations Specialist -

Merkle Science provides blockchain transaction monitoring and intelligence solutions for web3 companies, digital asset service providers, financial institutions, law enforcement and government agencies to detect, investigate and prevent illicit use of cryptocurrencies. Key Responsibilities

• Optimize Hubspot Strategy for full funnel alignment with Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success teams.
• Work with the Growth Marketing team to build and scale Merkle Science's marketing operations & insights - function, creating the right marketing operations framework, automation, and reporting to accelerate our growth.
• Standardize campaign processes around lead capture, data capture, assignment, notification and other workflows.
• Develop reports that help the marketing team analyze key KPIs including marketing channel performance and effectiveness, funnel conversion rates, and other key conversion metrics.
• Build the attribution model for the marketing organization and help clearly define the marketing impact on the growth of the company.
• Manage ongoing projects and effectively communicate status across stakeholders.
• Balance long-term projects with day to day changes and demands across a dynamic go to market organization.
• Serve as primary system administrator for marketing operations platforms and integration points.
• Draft documentation and update ongoing documentation around new and existing system architecture
• Work with the Growth Marketing team to build and scale Merkle Science's marketing operations & insights
• function, creating the right marketing operations framework, automation, and reporting to accelerate our growth.

Qualifications & Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Marketing Automation / Marketing Operations in a B2B SaaS environment
• Hands-on experience with HubSpot and Salesforce is a must
