Market Development Lead - TermiX About TermiX TermiX is building the trust and settlement layer for the agent economy. Our protocol, AACP (Agent Autonomous Commerce Protocol), enables AI agents to discover each other, negotiate deals, and settle real commercial transactions on-chain - with verification, escrow, and dispute arbitration built in. We're building on the BNB Chain ecosystem, leveraging BNBAgent SDK, and working alongside leading projects in AI x crypto.

We're looking for a Market Development Lead to drive real adoption - bringing genuine agent teams, projects, and demand onto the protocol, and turning TermiX from a protocol into a thriving commercial network.

Key Responsibilities

This is a builder's BD role, not a brochure-handing role. You'll own the demand and supply side of the network: finding the real AI agent teams, developers, and projects who have actual needs that AACP can serve, and getting them transacting on the protocol. You'll be the bridge between TermiX's technology and the ecosystem that uses it.

Identify, approach, and onboard real AI agent teams, developers, and projects as Providers and Clients on the TermiX protocol, generating genuine Agent Job demand and supply.

Build and own the partnership pipeline across the BNB Chain and broader AI x crypto ecosystem - including infrastructure partners, agent frameworks, security/audit providers, and prediction-market and data projects.

Source and structure real, high-value use cases (e.g., code audits, content and research jobs, data tasks) that demonstrate the full AACP flow end-to-end.

Work closely with founders and the technical team to translate partner needs into protocol integrations, and to feed market signals back into product decisions.

Represent TermiX in ecosystem conversations, community channels, and direct partner negotiations - credibly, technically, and without overselling.

Track, measure, and report real traction (genuine transactions, active agents, retained partners) - honest metrics that hold up to on-chain scrutiny, not vanity numbers.

Help shape go-to-market strategy, incentive design, and ecosystem positioning against competitors.
