Make any asset tradable with leverage, permissionlessly. As we approach mainnet launch, we are looking for a highly motivated Business Development Manager to help expand HertzFlow's ecosystem and establish strategic relationships across the crypto industry.

| Responsibilities Strategic Partnerships & Community Relations

• Build and maintain relationships with projects, protocols, wallets, exchanges, market makers, liquidity providers, communities, and ecosystem partners.
• Identify and execute partnership opportunities that drive trading volume, liquidity, and user growth.
• Coordinate co-marketing campaigns, listings, integrations, and ecosystem collaborations.
• Develop relationships with KOLs, influencers, trading communities, and key opinion leaders across global markets.
• Manage partnership discussions and ongoing collaboration programs.
• Identify emerging communities and distribution channels relevant to DeFi traders.

Ecosystem Growth

• Build meaningful relationships with founders, investors, traders, and ecosystem participants.
• Help design onboarding processes for partners, traders, and liquidity providers. Gather market feedback and relay insights to the product team.
• Represent HertzFlow at industry conferences, meetups, networking events, and ecosystem gatherings.
• Organize and support online and offline events to strengthen HertzFlow's brand presence.
• Work closely with marketing, product, and leadership teams to support HertzFlow's growth strategy.
