About the role
As we expand our services into traditional-finance (TradFi) products, this role owns the operational processes behind offerings such as equities, ETFs and tokenized equities. Your remit spans reconciliation with clearing brokers, corporate actions, and operational support across Product, Tech and Customer Support. As these products are at an early stage, a key part of the role is building and refining the SOPs and controls that underpin them.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee smooth daily operations across the suite of TradFi products, in line with company policies and applicable regulatory requirements.
- Develop, maintain and enhance standard operating procedures (SOPs) that reflect industry best practices and improve operational efficiency.
- Establish and implement operational risk management procedures to mitigate operational and market risks.
- Process equities corporate actions accurately and on time.
- Own reconciliation between the company and its clearing brokers, including break investigation and escalation.
- Collaborate with Product and Tech teams to support new product launches and workflow design
Qualifications & Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in the TradFi industry, preferably in securities, brokerage or exchange operations.
- Strong knowledge of trade operations across equities and ETFs; exposure to listed derivatives (futures/perpetuals) is a plus.
- Hands-on experience driving corporate actions, reconciliation, clearing & settlement, or trade support / middle office.
- Fluency in building clear SOPs and designing operational controls.
- Ability to work effectively across Product, Tech, Compliance and Customer Support.
- Familiarity with the regulatory principles and industry practices around brokerage operations and client-asset protection
