About the Position
We're looking for an experienced logistics and supply chain professional to help manage our equipment inventory, delivery, installation, and deployment for our offices, data centers, and co-locations, and to track assets throughout their lifecycle.
Additional responsibilities of this role will include
- Developing, implementing, and coordinating comprehensive logistics plans for equipment movement from warehouses to data centers
- Managing the call-off process, ensuring the timely and accurate delivery of equipment
- Coordinating, with the support of the business stakeholders, the planning of installations and deployments of equipment across multiple sites
- Working alongside our internal Procurement team to support the management of inventory levels and identify any stock challenges
- Helping with asset transfers and driving process improvements across logistics and supply chain operations where possible
- Troubleshooting and resolving any logistics-related issues
- Managing customs broking and paperwork arrangements for the importing and exporting of goods across global markets
- Manage and oversee our warehousing providers
- Ensure real-time inventory data accuracy
Candidate Profile & Mindset
- Have 5+ years of experience in logistics and project management, preferably in IT or data center environments
- Have demonstrable experience improving, streamlining, and documenting processes, and operate with a high sense of urgency
- Have a proven track record of managing vendors and coordinating third-party services
- An experienced project manager and resource planner who understands warehouse operations and inventory management
- A strong communicator with great people and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in Excel and Google Sheets
