Key Responsibilities
- Own firm-wide trading P&L, dynamic capital allocation, and leadership across quantitative research, trading, and engineering teams.
- Architect and scale third-party market-making (MM) services for token issuers and exchanges, designing inventory/skew algorithms, toxicity filters, and commercial deal structures.
- Direct the research and scaling of delta-neutral strategy suites (funding rate capture, cash-and-carry basis, cross-exchange/tenor spreads) and options structures (volatility arbitrage, dispersion, yield overlays).
- Manage portfolio leverage, venue concentration, margin health (cross/isolated), ADL exposure, and stress testing against severe market disruptions (basis blowouts, negative funding, venue halts, depegs).
