The team

The Opportunity & Scope
- Conducting financial investigations and writing SARs/STRs
- Monitor and proactively adjust to volume fluctuations, and effectively handle volume surges to maintain operational efficiency and compliance
- Utilize advanced tools and spreadsheet functions for data analysis
- Focus on multiple priorities, including individual production efforts and ad hoc projects
Candidate Profile & Mindset
- 2+ years of anti-financial crime related experience with a crypto-background
- Understanding of compliance operational functions and processes
- Proven ability to identify, assess, and mitigate risks associated with financial crimes
- Familiarity with Google Suite applications, with emphasis on Google Sheets and Google Doc or similar programs
- Familiarity and comfort utilizing AI and technology for automation
- Familiarity with specific tools (Chainalysis, Elliptic, TRM) and practices used in FIU
- Good attention to detail and organizational skills
Preferred / Nice-to-Have Qualifications
- Financial crime related certifications (e.g., CAMS, ICA, CRCM, CRC)
