The Impact You Will Have As US Regulatory Affairs and Compliance Principal, you will lead Elliptic's public policy and regulatory engagement strategy across the United States, the most consequential jurisdiction shaping the future of digital assets.

Based in New York, you will be Elliptic's senior voice on compliance and regulatory affairs across the Americas, guiding our approach to engaging with commercial clients, federal and state regulators, and international standard setters.

You will be one of Elliptic's subject-matter experts on the regulatory forces reshaping the US digital asset market, including the Clarity Act, stablecoin frameworks, FinCEN guidance, SEC and CFTC jurisdiction, and state-level licensing regimes.
